Ainscough Strategic Land attained detailed planning permission for 471 new homes on 37 acres of land in Leyland, Lancashire.
The permission is based on a masterplan developed together with South Ribble Borough Council and provides for a range of housing, focused on family homes.
The site compromises the second half of a major 60 acre regeneration project. Ainscough Strategic Land is now considering the preparation of the land for the delivery of new housing for the town
